Answering questions

if we need more time answering the question on the real exam…can we use some of that 5 minutes to finish up writing or is that 5 minutes strictly for submitting

You can use that time to finish up your response, but it is at your own risk. Teachers who have had students who took the response said definitely don’t wait until the last second to submit.
