ATP Formation

If ATP is so unstable, how is it that it is able to be synthesized and it doesn’t just come apart?

I think that this is more of a chemistry question, but the bonds within the molecule are still enough to keep it together. However, its unstable-ness (meaning it’s like hanging by a thread) means that once the bonds break, it releases a bunch of energy, which is how our body functions!
