Can we use google tomorrow?
You are allowed to use Google, but with the time restrictions and the length of the test, it may be likely that you may run out of time while doing so.

In theory, yes. However, I would only do it on your phone or another computer; not the one you are taking the test on. Be sure that you do not have any shared documents open. Instead, download any documents you might use and then rename them.

This exam is open-note, open-worksheet, open-textbook, and yes, you can google. However, Collegeboard will be monitoring sites that allow users to communicate directly (such as Google Docs, Slides, etc.) and if any information-sharing is suspected the scores might be cancelled.
Use reliable sources and don’t rely on others
