Chemiosmosis vs. oxidative phosphorylation

What is the difference between these two processes?

Chemiosmosis refers to the electron gradient that is created by the H+ as they are pumped back into the inner membrane. Oxidative phosphorylation is how ATP is created as a result of the transfer of electrons between the electron carriers.
