How does the effectiveness of an enzyme suffer from the concentration of substrate or concentration of enzyme involved?
The more substrate there is, the enzymes can get saturated

If you increase the substrate concentration, the reaction rate will increase to a certain point because the frequency of the substrates bumping into the enzymes will increase as well. At that certain point however, all enzymes will be working, and increasing the substrate concentration won’t increase the reaction rate.
