some things im confused about

  • transduction
  • blind spot
  • pupil
any help would be great thanks!

Transduction occurs in the retina. It takes the light energy, which your brain doesn’t understand, and converts it into a language that the brain can understand—neural code. The blind spot is where the optic nerve meets the retina. Due to this, you can’t see in that spot, so the brain just fills it in. The iris is the colored part of your eye, which is a muscle that opens or closes the pupil, the hole in your eye, to allow the right amount of light in.

thank you!
