FRQ Format

For the FRQ format, does the description: “same type of response as FRQ 1 and FRQ 4” mean that the test questions on the AP exam will embody the same format as questions 1 and 4 on past AP exams?

The new exams will be in a format no one really knows with absolute certainty right now so while it probably won’t look to different from past exams, no one knows for sure.

It’s talking about the type of question. For example, College Board already said that Question 2 will ask us to describe a biological concept with a disruption, which is modeled off of previous years FRQ 4.
