Gene Regulation in Eukaryotes

In the gene expression for eukaryotes, how does the enhancer, promoter, transcription factors, and TATA Box relate to the types of interactions that regulate gene expression?

Both the enhancer and promotor increase gene expression, and they are types of transcription factors. Other transcription factors inhibit gene expression. The TATA box allows RNA polymerase to attach and start synthesizing the RNA from DNA.
