So, there are 2 sections in the cell, First section is injected with Hydrogen. As it moves it’ll try to enter the Second section through the membrane, however the membrane doesn’t allow electrons through. So the electrons of the Hydrogen will have to flow through a separate tube to get to the Second section, this process of moving electrons creates electricity. When the electron reaches the second section it will react with the Hydrogen + O2 becoming water.
