How does enzyme and substrate concentration affect enzyme activity/reaction rate

title

If there is a higher substrate or enzyme concentration, there’s a higher probability of the enzyme bumping into the substrate therefore increasing the probability of a reaction occurring

The higher the concentration, the faster the reaction rate! This is because there are more enzymes to catalyze the reaction for the substrate, which there would also be a lot of. Lower concentration of either enzymes or substrates would lower the overall reaction rate. I hope this helps!
