Levels of Gene Regulation in Prokaryotes vs Eukaryotes

What are some differences/similarities for gene regulation in prokaryotes vs eukaryotes?

Is the only level of regulation for prokaryotes transcriptional due to the operator, enhancers, transcriptional factors, etc, whereas eukaryotes have pre-transcriptional (w/ methylation/acetylation), post-transcriptional, and post-translational regulation?

Thanks!

Prokaryotes also have the plasmid (Extra genes), conjugation and all of that kind of stuff. I am pretty sure that other than that, you are right. I also believe that for eukaryotes you have stuff like signaling pathwawys that can regulate transcription (unit 3 - intracellular receptors). I hope this helps!
