I get confused about which neurotransmitters are in excess or lack of for different disorders like parkinson’s and schizophrenia? Do you have any details on that?

Dopamine. Parkinson’s is a deficit and schizophrenia is an excess. The way I remember it is that Parksinson’s starts with a “P” so it is less than schizophrenia (meaning there is a deficit).
