What does he mean by parrot/parroted the word?

Repeated the word/what he just heard.

That’s when you use your word as a definition/application. For example, “context dependent memory is a memory you form in a context” is parroting because it is just repeating the word.

The implication is: without much or any understanding.

If you have the term modeling, you don’t want to use that term in your answer. You want to have an appropriate synonym.

You can say that again! Sorry, lame joke.

Can we include it at all in the entire FRQ or just not in the definition portion?
