What is reuptake? Sorry I keep asking a lot of
questions.

You’re good! That’s what we’re here for! Reuptake is the absorption by a presynaptic nerve ending of a neurotransmitter that it has secreted!

After neurotransmitters have entered the synapse and had their effect on the next neuron’s dendrites, some of them are broken down. Others re-enter their original “home” in the terminal end through the process of re-uptake.
