How does signal transduction “amplify” a responce?

There is a lot of phosphoralating which will activate other molecules and amplify a response thats all I know sorry

A message is amplified through second messengers like cAMP. This is known as a phosphorylation cascade, in which kinases will phosphorylate and phosphotases will dephosphorylate the message until that message reaches the nucleus.
