Can you just source all the documents and get the points for both sourcing and evidence?
If you were to successfully use historical context for a document (H) of HIPP for every document then yes, it is possible to get the point for sourcing the document and OUTSIDE evidence. You still need to use the documents to support your argument, that is separate.
In order to earn the evidence points, you will need to describe the documents and use them in your argument. Just analyzing the sourcing for a document will not get you credit for the evidence. However, sourcing all of the documents (HIPP) can earn you the point for sourcing and outside evidence.
