Specifics, Facts, Legislation, Examples

Will it be important to talk about previous legislation for our FRQs and will it be important to give examples (of legislation or anything in general)? Will it be important to know really specific facts? I remember the College Board saying that the test will test skills, not simple factual recall.

The test will likely not ask you to list a specific law or fact, as that is something that is very easily google-able. However, using those laws or facts as examples in your justification and descriptions might help you get the point! Feel free to use them, but don’t worry about trying to memorize them all tonight.
