Hi! I am having some trouble with figuring out how to word my thesis. I have been using this formula from Heimler “Although X-A&B; therefore y.” I am little confused on how this applies. Is there a better way? Thank you!
The formula is only one way to do it.
The way to use it is as follows:
X is the counterargument to the argument you’re about to drop the mic on
A is the first major idea you’ll be arguing
B is the second major idea you’ll be arguing
Y is your argument.
That said, you can just make your argument in miniature, basically answer the question with a detailed point that take a stance and shows what direction you’re heading in.
