Turning off extensions

collegeboard talks about we have to disable our extensions on our google account? how do we do this

On your browser, open up the three dots to the upper right corner and hover over “More Tools.” The options opened should include extensions, and you can disable spelling, grammar extensions here.

there is this extension called “lock in” on google chrome and it prevents me from accidentally refreshing or clicking on the exit tab so that I don’t lose the exam page or i dont have to locate my e-ticket to click on the link. is this type of extension permitted?
