Though I remember something about oxygen being the final electron acceptor, that applied to Cellular Respiration, not photosynthesis.

If Cell resp is being discussed, the cell would only do glycolysis and Krebs cycle because the ETC can’t finish. The cell would then die bc not enough ATP to sustain life
